it’s been a while, but I think I had my flash guy export sequential stills in the correct aspect and video frame rate and with enough safe area. I think flash by default is 12 fps which will make your video really fast. That was about 2 years ago, the new version of flash probably has setting already.
one thing i did the other day was to use Snapz ($60US) screen capture software. screen res set for 1280×854; captured a streaming video file with a bounding box at the default of the movie 320×240; capture rate of 30fps; internal sound. brought the file to m100 keeping the aspect; the file was a bit larger than 1/2 screen and (for streaming video) looked amazing! Partly i’m sure because of fewer colors of NTSC.

Love the r800 for all my printing. I should keep track of the quantity of prints, seems to use lots of ink; fortunately you can replace each of the 8 inks independently. About 1.3 minutes per disc print in high quality.
included software great for most work, higher end design is done in Illustrator/Photoshop and placed in the template. for vhs I set up a template in Illustrator and get matte labels from http://www.polylinecorp.com, $14/100 sheets compared to $55 for avery.

oops, I meant X.3.2. But did the update to 10.3.8 and QT 6.5 and all is well again. steve

just following up with the gorey details (condensed version)…
I installed OSX.2.3 (with default QT6.4) on another partition, uninstalled 8.2.2 and re-installed it and things were back to normal.I then did an arhcive and install on my original system drive and after I uninstalled/re-installed 8.2.2 things worked again.
So till i get a few projects wrapped up, i’m not upgrading the OS or QT. There’s 5 hours of my life I’m not getting back.

that didn’t help either. I’m at a complete loss. I would re-install 8.2.1 but I have a number of projects in flux and assume it won’t open 8.2.2 projects. nearly everything I’m doing will need a reference export for cleaner.
i don’t relish the thought of a OS install.

forgot to mention that installing the new M100i software codec fixed the QT viewing issue. Everything else in M100 seems to operate as usual.
