Novice editor.

Somehow while editing I placed FCP into a Cinema mode setting.

When I click anywhere on the interface of the timeline, browser or viewer the screen goes to Cinema mode with a single clip in the middle of the screen. When I click on the desktop, the FCP interface reappears
When I click on the FCP interface, the Cinema mode reappears.

How do I exit Cinema mode, so I can continue to edit? Adjust preference settings?
