By the way, I forgot to say. If you don’t want to do this with a shape and can add a movie clip or something else. It creates a nice trippy effect.

For the sample of Concentric Circles; Below Sequence Scale and Opacity click on Circle. Hit f4 to open up the Replicator Cell Tab. Drag you new shape into the Object Source well and you’ll see a hooked arrow. Let go of your left mouse button and your new shape replaces the old one. So if you wanted rectangles instead of a circle you could do that. Hope this helps.

The “slow motion” process uses an algorithm to blend surrounding frames. This creates “extra” frames and make the clip look smooth as well. Up scaling the clip is a different thing. There are programs like Red Giant’s Magic Bullet Instant HD that you might want to look into.

The .psd is confined within the boarder of the group it defaulted in. Create a new group and drag all of the layers into the new group and then ad the lens flare . Hope this helps.

For a true 3D sphere that you can rotate your camera around you should check out Zaxwerks, there app has been a stand alone product or plug-in for AE. They just came out with a version for motion called Pro Animator FX. I’ve only used it in AE, but it ROCKS. Until then your stuck with the Sphere filter.
