Hi I am not very computer smart and I am having the exact same problem except I don’t use photo’s I use video clips that I convert from DvDs using wonderhsare coverter and ripper. Now Sony worked fine for a while..and then whenever I tried to render a video it would pop up with that error message or simply close down.
I don’t know how to make the video clips a smaller meg size. Could you please help me? Also sometimes I will be working on a vid and it just closes for no reason.
