I agree with this thread!
a way to preview, at different sizes, thumbnails… and a way to scrub through them easily. I get multiple shots with similar names; it would be nice to stay within After Effects, rather than popping up a finder window to preview which specific shot I need to use.

I was wondering if you solved your problem? I’m thinking about getting the same camera and was wondering if it was canon implementation of avchd or something else.
