Those drives are desktop drives not enterprise, you should get NS not AS Seagates for raid usage.

This shows speed over single Gig-E from a server to client using a single EnhanceTech 4Bay. Was quite suprised with the result. AJA test showed similar.

Pretty sure the 2322 has a HW raid chip on it.. as does the ATTO R380 ?

How can we be sure about this? are there specs to look for ?

If doing it in Shake how are you compensating for the rec709 > 601 conversion ?
