I did what you suggested step by step, and well, it worked… I’m not really that good in Illustrator, so I really ignore the use artboard option…
Apparently it is unchecked when I export it to .png; I tried two versions in exporting, the checked one (Use Artboard option) and the unchecked one… The checked one solved the problem… Glad that’s fixed!

I’m getting crazy with your question >.< maybe you have to “Create Outlines” the text so that you can manipulate it better?

Ahaha, wow, sorry, I thought the “diskette” icon was the attach file function… I’m sorry I’m new here and I haven’t explored this much >.<
There’s a big white space at the left side, I just added the thick red border for me to clearly distinguish the bounds of the canvass…
