Hi,
I have no experience in 32 bit audio myself but the message below might be of help:

Good luck.

Oh, I see. Sorry for a misunderstanding caused as English is not my native tongue.

Hi. Since nobody cares to respond, ProType Titler still exists in VEGAS Pro 17. It’s a deprecated feature and you can bring it back if you go into preference, deprecated features, and enable ProType Titler.

Hi Tony, that’s why I suggested the Recover_MP4. This tool “rebuilds” the video (as well as audio) from the damaged file by referencing the original video format (hence requiring a short undamaged footage from the same camera). The whole process thus takes a long time.

Hi, if the method Francois suggested above, you could try this:
https://tehnoblog.org/video-repair-guide-corrupted-mp4-avi-h264-file-fix/
Be sure to work on a duplicate of the SD card which holds the original (i.e. the corrupted file) or copy the corrupted file onto your PC’s hard disk to start with so that the original file be intact.
In the past, I nearly lost 90GB worth of an MP4 video file on my Sony AX100 which was damaged by power failure (battery problem), and this tool save my life.

Hi, I do not own the camera but if VEGAS Pro cannot directly import the footage, it does look like a codec issue. Maybe you can use the Sony raw reader to convert the format? It does seem to have EXPORT option.

My 6 year old Sony Bravia TV (HD only, not 4K) plays MP4 files fine. I just render out an MP4 using the default Sony AVC/MVC Internet 1920×1080-30p 16Mbps setting, copy it to a USB stick and it plays just fine on the TV. Beautiful as Blu-ray.

I do not know a free audio plug-in for VEGAS Pro to fix clipping sound but instead you might want to try a free audio editor “AUDACITY”.

Good luck.
