Log and transfer into FCP7 doesn’t work with either M2T or TOD files.

I’ve only just learnt FCP and Motion. Haven’t got to After Effects (that will be a fair while down the track – I’ve heard it’s hard to learn), and not sure if I have compressor (don’t think it came in the package).

Hi

They originally were TOD files (JVC camera that records in TOD and MOI format). I had to change the TOD extension only to M2T so I could edit the footage in a program I had on a PC.

I now have a Mac and need to convert all those M2T files which are on an external drive.

Any ideas on a good converter to change the M2T to Mov on a Mac?
