But somebody else was able to download it and open it with no problems.

Thanks for all the suggestions I should’ve been a little more clear. I know about building up the look.
I shouldve used a different picture,

I’m tryna get these types of individual layers to add more depth to it, and have have a more natural life type of feeling to the lightning.

What program would you recommend?
