I was recently having a similar issue, but we seem to have found a solution. JES Extensifier https://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/video/jesextensifier.html will edit the individual atoms (i.e. – remove CLAP instantly without using compressor), and it batches.

I was recently having a similar issue, but we seem to have found a solution. I personally have not used it yet, but it has already been implemented into our workflow, so I imagine it has been approved. Let me know how that works for you. 🙂
