I found the solution! You have to nest the clip before applying the transform effect!

Its strange. Because it works well, and then suddenly it stops working if i’ve set my own shutter speed. if i check the “use composition’s shutter angle” it works fin again. But how can i change the composition shutter angle? I cannot not fin anything about compositions in premiere pro, only sequence.

No, this is actually in Premiere pro Cc 2017.
This problem has been around since i started to use it in premiere pro cs6.

The effects works fine in The beginning of The editing, but after a while i stops working. I then have to shut The motionblur off, then it works again. But hey, we need that motion blur.

Anyone else with this problem?
