    Hello!
I have a problem with The transform effect.
To start with i worked well. I apllied it to several clips where i wanted to use it.
I unchecked The “use composition shutter angle” and set my own to like 180.
Here is where The zoom transition stopped working. If i check the composition angle marker it starts to work but then i dont have any motion blur.. This problem has accured many times. Its really annoying because i cant find any solution to it.

    Thanks

No, this is actually in Premiere pro Cc 2017.
This problem has been around since i started to use it in premiere pro cs6.

The effects works fine in The beginning of The editing, but after a while i stops working. I then have to shut The motionblur off, then it works again. But hey, we need that motion blur.

    Anyone else with this problem?

Well I hope it isnt buggy now that you have pointed out a way to get motion blur on a basic transform! Never used that plugin!

Works for me fine in CC 2015. I have used this effect quite often and never had a problem.

Its strange. Because it works well, and then suddenly it stops working if i’ve set my own shutter speed. if i check the “use composition’s shutter angle” it works fin again. But how can i change the composition shutter angle? I cannot not fin anything about compositions in premiere pro, only sequence.

I am having the exact same issue, can’t find a workaround! V.12.0.0

I found the solution! You have to nest the clip before applying the transform effect!

(I know old post) but for people saying they never see this, it only happens if the clip is a different resolution than the timeline (UHD clip in an HD timeline). Yes nesting seems to be the only workaround.
