That does not help with what I am asking. I understand frame rate and the speed that will come from using 24 or 30. Here is my question restated: what project file settings should I use an then export in so that my video is in widescreen at 1920×1080 Full HD quality. I have been troubleshooting for some time with various settings to try and get this export proper. Square Pixels? Size adjustments? Progressive scan? h.264? .mov or .mp4? Anything else that is included that may be set wrong and producing poor quality?
