    Thanks for the info.

I think I did actually use the project manager when archiving the original project (it’s been a year or so ago and i edit every blue moon or so).

I used the “trim” function to consolidate it. Is this not the same thing?

Could you explain further? I tried to pan it in the Audio Mixer. It just gave me hiss on the unrecorded side of the channel.

    Hi Mike,

I’ve tried to export it using both the “Export Movie” and the “Adobe Media Encoder” functions.

Settings on “Export Movie”: Export entire sequence, video and audio as .avi file.

Settings on “Adobe Media Encoder”: Same but as .wmv file at 320/240 size, high quality.

Sequences range from 2:30 to 10:45.

    I have updated to 1.51.

No error messages on “Export Movie”. It just stops at some random point along the way and only part of the sequence ends up in the resulting .avi file.

I do get an error message on the “Adobe Media Encoder”: Adobe Premiere Pro failed to return a video frame.

I have downloaded the Adobe Media Encoder update and the Windows update for dual processors (I have a hyperthreading system) that I read on Stephen Gotz’s website that is supposed to solve the issue. Didn’t work.

I also turned off the hyperthreading as I read somewhere else that it can make Premiere Pro run with more stability. Also didn’t work.

And the crazy thing (or one of the crazier things) is that it works on some sequences but not others and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for when it does or doesn’t work.
