Although I have a MAC and do editing, I’m really not all that computer savvy (in case you can’t already tell)
I’ve googled this precise error message and found that some other folks in the past have had this same problem, and they got some answers, but its filled with so much computer/techno jargon I can’t really follow it.
So if you have some ideas for troubleshooting be conscious of who you’re speaking with.
