Thanks to everyone. I found that my video card was not up to the task.
I was using 3 monitors and I eliminated 1 monitor and everything
works great. I still don’t know how or why it worked before. I guess
I will have to get a CUDA card if I want 3 monitors. After using
Premier Pro I don’t think I need 3 monitors. My current arrangement
I use my 27″ for the program and use my 22″ monitor for viewing.

Thanks for that info. I just checked that and the loop button is not highlighted. But that’s something I didn’t know until now.
