Thanks, Tero. I did think of that, but the AAF or OMF doesn’t accurately capture audio levels either, so there would be no guide for the designer about which tracks I used in my edit. I get I could just unmute everything and let him pick through the tracks and use the ones he felt were best – also, I could give him notes, but these would probably be confusing and time consuming to make and would probably go unused. I wish there was an ideal way to send him the edit, basically how I mixed it in Premiere, but still give him access to all the material to change as he sees fit.
