As far as I can see, you can only do this with your clips selected. When I switch to “Set to Frame Size” all my animation is obliterated.

After Effects is 2015.0.1 & Premiere is 2015.2. I’m having problems with Creative Cloud right now, so can’t check if these are the very latest of each.
