After watching the Vango tut I think what he is doing is no different that what https://pixityland.com/ does with their character templates. The concept that Daniel Gies uses is the same as what Vango does. The difference being that with the Vango or Pixityland rigs the individual positions are keyframed and then mapped to a slider range. You can accomplish the same thing on your own by sapping out the parts on the Vango or Pixity rig or you can make your own. This would involve using the “slider control” effect. Here’s a tut showing you how to rig that up: https://vimeo.com/78496022

What you want is an HTML or Javascript web app. You can purchase something like this:
This will get you on your way. You’ll have to do some customization, but it’ll get you most of the way there.

To be honest with you man… It’s probably Windows 10. I’ve had similar issues with third party apps. I’ve since gone back to Windows 8.1

Hey Vidhu,
This guy Daniel Gies has a really good series on how to animate characters with Adobe After Effects. You can watch a tutorial where he explains how he uses the liquify tool to achieve morph from angle to angle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzNZRwtH6G0

If you are in After Effects go to your “Preview” panel. Towards the bottom you should see options ( a drop-down menu) to change the frame rate from say “24” to “12” as well as an option to “skip frames”
