I need to create a vast ocean made up of light energy. I have created this with trapcode form now what I want is that its waves decrease slowly slowly. meanns the height of the waves. -

You could use FreeForm Pro with the Aqua Pack (created by yours truly). You can animate the waves and adjust the texture to your needs.
