It did work before. Im not sure how and when this happened. I uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. Today I uninstalled again and also used Adobe Cleaning tool but wont install before I get newer version. Still tough it should never use 100% to freezing Premiere with such powerful CPU.
Other formats, full hd wont even play perfectly.

I tried “New sequence from clip” and different sequence settings, did not change anything.

Playing back the material when editing is laggy and freezes. CPU jumps to 100% for a second, have not had any similiar trouble. I read somewhere it might be about raid doing double checking or something, but does not make sense because its freezing and laggy because CPU jumps to 100% for a moment. Seems like an software issue, but if that would be the case then this wouldnt be such unusal problem.
