lol to be honest i have no idea how to tell if it is interlaced or not. But i messed around.. about 29 times and came up with this video.. If you could please take the time out of your time to look at it (1min long) I would appreciate it so maybe you could tell me some pointers on how to get better quality..

OH and just a quick heads up. I have had no problems with vegas until last week. It just all of sudden started lagging all the time, rendering has now turned to crap, and the preview box use to run so freakin smooth and now its awful…
