Any Ideas on horizontal line fix?
Hey guys, I have sony Vegas 9 and I am using a Happauge recorder. When I render my videos in 1280-720 I get horizontal lines across my screen. I have tried progressive with blended interlace fields. I have read probably close to 20 topics on this problem and I am on my 23rd quality test(try something different everytime)and I cannot find out the perfect set up. I start new.. put 1280 and 720 in, progressive scan, blend field, pixel aspect ratio is 1, frame rate is 59.94, constant bit rate is 10,000,000 (to match my happauge settings).
I would greatly appreciate any ideas you guys have. If you remember anyone else with these problems the link would be appreciated (ill try all of your links before asking for any more help). I am pulling my hair out right now…

OH and just a quick heads up. I have had no problems with vegas until last week. It just all of sudden started lagging all the time, rendering has now turned to crap, and the preview box use to run so freakin smooth and now its awful…

60p, I had distortion encoding then too. Vegas 9c works with that where 9e is intermettend, at least on my i7.
