    Thanks Todd! The Frame Restorer plugin worked for me. I first tried exporting the two keyed tracks as a Photoshop sequence but Frame Restorer had a problem with the alpha channel:

    So I exported the clip with everything composted, deleted one frame between the two clips and told the Frame Restorer to “Restore Missing Frames” and it worked! I don’t think anyone will notice I cut out a pause in his talking now. Thanks!

    Good to know. I have been experiencing a few problems, but overall the R3Ds in AE have been relatively stable for me. I hope I won’t have to go the image sequence route. I tried your browser .R3D search and option+CMD+i fix and it’s working pretty well for this project.

    Were you able to resolve this issue? I’m working with a bunch of R3Ds in After Effects right now and I’d love to have a way to differenate them from other files in the project. I’m running Mac OSX 10.9.1 and AE CC.
