Why 25 fps? Are you shooting in PAL? Or do you mean 25 mbs?
I find the optimal settings for youtube – high enough quality to look good, but not such a huge file as to take forever to load – are 720p, h.264, at 5mbs (5,000 kbs). This is pretty much what youtube recommends as well.

Right click on the key frame and a dropdown menu should come out.

Are you sure there are only two keyframes there?

You can still right click and copy the effect you want in the Effects Control window and then click on the clip(s) you want the effect to be applied to and then do a Control V.

Try sorting them first in list view, then opening a new bin set to icon view, and dragging them all into that bin. Seems I recall that’s how you can do it in 5.5
