Sorting a bin in Icon View?
Is it possible to sort the order of clips in a bin in Icon view? I know that you can manually arrange clips to storyboard but shouldn’t there be a method to quickly sort them by name or duration etc? Currently clips come in an almost random order, or at least an order I can’t detect

Nope not possible.
Please file a wishform as many before you did.

Try sorting them first in list view, then opening a new bin set to icon view, and dragging them all into that bin. Seems I recall that’s how you can do it in 5.5
