Found the fix.. Open up avid Console. “⌘6”
Type: ingoreqtrate true

Now when you import avid will no longer drop any frames or create double frames..

I think your avid will stay in this mode even after restart.

To change back: ignoreqtrate false

now wasn’t that easy. 😉
