Thanks. It’s not really a flash frame, it’s more, the image flashes a few times, then goes out. Like the slightly exposed tail-end of a reel of film would, right before it cuts.

Thanks, I will try that next time. It turns out the info I got was bad, it wasn’t the Vignette filter all along, it was Threshold. Should’ve known. Thanks though.
