Did you ever get this figured out? I am having this exact same problem and can’t seem to resolve it. It is only when I export large files. When I do short 1 min clips, the export is perfect, but when I do large multi-Gig exports, it fails. It’s like the info gets trashed all at once at the end. Please help!
