Hey everyone. I was experiencing the same issue as you guys (Intensity Pro only displaying one frame at a time);I just chatted with Albert at Black Magic and he helped me fix the issue.

To start, you’ll need to know what format you’re working with. In my case (and probably in many other cases), I’m using DVCPRO HD 720p at 23.98 frames per second. With Final Cut open, click on the “Final Cut Pro” menu and go to “Easy Setup.” Leave format set to all formats and rate set to all rates. Then, from the “Use” menu drop down select the appropriate Blackmagic preset. In my case, it’s called “Blackmagic HDTV 720p 23.98 – DVCPRO HD.” Click “Setup” and voila! Albert had me create a new sequence before trying to play anything back, but I’m not entirely sure that step is necessary.
