yes, when I re-save his files they import into FCP correctly… w/ layers. He is on a Mac.

Incidentally, in FCP, the artists files are identified as having a square pixel aspect ratio, whereas the files I generate from PS show the NTSC – CCIR 601 ratio.

I could re-save each file, but we are dealing with a potentially high number of files… in the thousands. It’d be nice to figure out what he is doing differently… we’ve gone over the file set up pane in PS and we are both creating the same document set up…
