    I’m pretty sure it’s not something wrong with my copy of Premiere Pro CS3 … As I just bought and installed it … that’s a little upsetting, I guess I’ll contact Adobe and see what I’ve done wrong.

    Hey, I figured I wouldn’t create a new post for this. And this seems like a good topic to put this in.

    I’m having trouble finding the Fast Blur effect in the video effects bin … I know where it should be, I just can’t find it. After reading the install instructions and extras I still can’t find where to get this effect.

    Do I need to install something else to use this effect? Or is it separate to PP itself?
