I tested your footage and was able to get a very solid track in mocha in 2 minutes. I am attaching an example of my shape and the track settings.
So if you are seeing drift, perhaps it is in your compositor setting? Make sure that the mocha project and AE are set to the same frame rate and Pixel Aspect.

Looking at your test, I would guess that you are seeing drift caused by the reflections on the board.
If you use mocha and make smaller search area that avoids the reflections, you should easily solve this track.

If mocha Pro is not removing properly, the first thing to check is that the actual clean frames exist within the shot.
For example, in the above users description, if the cup is so close to the wall that there are not any clean frames to use, mocha Pro will not automatically work. In this scenereio, the user must provide mocha Pro with 1-2 clean frames (usually painted/cloned in Photoshop).

Next, make sure your remove layer is on the layer above the bg layer.
Last, make sure the “gear/render” icon on the remove layer is on, go to remove and render.

Or you could track follow Roland’s steps but after tracking the low res, go to the clip tab and mocha and link the project to the higher res file. mocha will automatically scale up the track or roto data.

To add to Roland’s comments, note that you can down-res your clips to smaller size, do your tracking work than re-link the project to full size clips for speed.
It is not always necessary to be working in the full size image. The up-res will scale the shape or track just fine.

Can’t access a zip file here, but if you post a direct link I can look at it. Without seeing, I would simply recommend watching the tutorials on Imagineer Systems’ web site.
Sometimes increasing the min % of pixels used will help, but without seeing the shot it is difficult to comment. If you overall track is good but there is drift, look into AdjustTrack module.

Hi Brad,
Some users have gotten around this limitation by using CC Force Motion Blur effect or even better Re:Vision Effects’ ReelSmart Motion Blur plug-in to simulate mo-blur.Or you can upgrade to mocha Pro v3!

mocha AE v3 or mocha Pro v3 will now allow you to solve the 3D camera, so if I understand you correctly, it would be easy to rotate your solved track on 3D axis.
