Also, always remember to buy your RAM in “pairs” or all at once (recommended) to avoid RAM issues.

We do the same. Other World Computing’s RAM has served us well over the years and always comes in well below what Apple (over)charges.

One of our servers gets a bit wacky at times, we will look into it and correct it. They are all supposed to “auto sync” based on Greenwich Mean Time but of them, five do and one gets a mind of its own for some unknown reason.

The proliferation of low-priced tools has guaranteed that the market has been irrevocably shifted away from the kinds of dollar levels that were once the case in this industry. The problem is exacerbated by low-priced tools that hold today’s high feature-to-cost ratio. It is compounded again by the internet’s ability to tie together productions across disparate continents, and thereby draw lower-paid creators into the equation.
Few artists that I know are making the kinds of money that they once did long ago when all of this was considered an arcane “black art” practiced by wizards in dark studios. Nowadays, many studios and corporations look at this as a commodity item and price it accordingly. I am not saying that I agree with the perception but it is clearly the trend.

I suspect that your permissions do not allow your files to be “3rd partied” in their display — meaning that because they are being viewed inside our wrapper (instead of directly as when you open a new window and view the link there) they will not display.
This disallows sites from sucking your files into them and highjacking your content. Unfortunately, it also disallows you from making a direct post to it such as here at the COW.
That is what I suspect.

You have not set the permissions on the FTP’d file to allow the “public” to read it.
That is why your audience is getting the “forbidden” notice.

There is no such thing as objectivism in music. Music is and will always remain a very subjective thing. Because of this, some people really like the electronic music used in Cinescore and others are put off by it. Me, I use it — and any other tool of this type (like Sonicfire Pro, Adobe Soundbooth, Digital Juice Traxx, etc. — as appropriate to me and don’t expect one tool to fit all situations. It’s why I use a number of different tools.
For one, while I find tools like Acid and Garageband to be quite a lot of fun for creating music of my own, in actual production situations the process is just too time-consuming to me and that is why I find tools like Cinescore, Sonicfire, etc., so quickly when the pressure is on.
While I agree that much of the synthesized music can be quite cold, there is a place for this kind of thing. Not for everyone but that’s the nature of music.
