If you can’t find the Unlink shortcut command, try finding “Link”

Under Keyboard Shortcuts / Clip / Link

you can also type “Link” in the search bar,

then create a shortcut, ^^ like Command+L.

This can function as unlinking the video and audio, but not relinking them.

But you can always Cmd+Z, this shortcut is all you really need.
