segDur = 1; rampDur = 5*thisComp.frameDuration; degrees = 36; t = (time - inPoint)%segDur; seg = Math.floor(time/segDur); degrees*seg + linear(t,0,rampDur,0,degrees)

This expression works for me too as well – thanks a lot! But I want to start motion from 3 seconds on the timeline. Can you help me to solve this?
