you can set region4 in DVDSP

or, if you NOT set region, you have region 0 (region ALL) and this disk can be played on ANY DVD Player w/o problems

In Vegas, you can only get a single speed change (CTRL-Resize the clip) as the velocity envelope only applies to video in Vegas.

change frame rate you can with ProCoder or VirtualDub

  • I use DVDDecryptor for demux DVDs. After demux i have files
    aaaaaaa.m2v
    bbbbbbb delay +NNN.ac3
    ccccccc delay +MMM.ac3
etc…after this i use DVDLAB’s tool for ac3/dts/pcm sync – open file, set delay, get 100% sync file.

There is 2 ways for NTSC->PAL conversion

    1st – S&W transcoders (i don’t know what you can get…)
    2st – software:
    2.1 – interpolation
2.2 – speed up – this is only one right way if you have NTSC progressive (23.976) with 3:2 pulldown. You can remove unnecessary fields, after this you can speed up your video (change frame rate) and audio (resample/time-strech)
