i downloaded iVideoConverter but which codec is the ffmpeg mpeg-4? there are alot of mpeg codecs in there.. is it a .mp4 or a .mov codec? which one do i choose in the list?

do i check multipass and b-frames??

do i write 25 in frame rate?? do i check frame blending or better downscaling?

I did everything as you did but must have gone wrong somewhere along the way.. I burnt the dvd but it says unknown disc when i put it in. Any suggestions?

Also.. Have you been able to put a Drop Shadow on a clip you have slowed down to make it play smoother on FCP?
