I want to stretch the green section of the shape to the distance of the red. How do I select that area and stretch it?

very helpful so far

I followed your suggestion and re-created the logo in AI and imported it back to AE

I have been following the tutorial:

but now I am stuck at 7:27 on the video tutorial

when I slide the slider on the timeline, it doesnt affect the animation

Hi Robert

Your response was very helpful so far but how do I create new paths within the same shape layer so that I can paste the remaining masks to them. My apologies still new to AE.

I have been able to copy mask 1 into path 1 in shape 1

so how do I create a shape 2 with a new path but within the same shape layer to copy the second mask?

Yes it is visible
Here is an image below of the project I’m working on.

You can see the “active camera” but the 3D arrows are not showing

What ca I do to reactivate them

Neither is the 3d movement working

Hmmm there is still a problem

The issue isn’t about increasing the the brightness. The issue is about using the brightness of the fractal noise to manipulate the appearance of the logo by the left.

The process you showed me is only increasing the brightness of the logo. Its not having any effect on it.
I know its a rather sophisticated method but I’d like to know the trick.
