Hi Gary, thanks for the response. Yes I meant exporting and I do use the media encoder. So is it possible to work on an entirely different project while the media encoder exports the previous project?

That’s it been fixed with the Premiere Pro CC 2014 update. Panic over.

Andrew, do you have them synced before they are placed on the timeline then?

Andrew, it seems to work faster and works every time whereas the Premiere Pro CC sync function, in my experience, is unreliable

I looked at a system restore but the last index point is too early. It’s not a massive deal, just a waste of a day which leaves me a tad bitter.

Can I export the m2v file with minimal compression?
