fyi to Mike et al,
Was never able to work out a Pro-Res solution. Instead the transfer house provided me with 2K Cineform Outputs and they were fine.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for trying to import the sample file. At least i now know its not just an isolated problem. The transfer house has also offered to render the files in a Cineform format…so we’ll so how that works out.

@Aleksey – yep i do have the ProRes for windows.

@Steve – i agree, it it odd. scratching my head over here.
