Gotcha. Then rendering out each comp in AE, as suggested previoulsy by ben and michael, and placing those in your timeline in Prem will be your best option.

Have you tried exporting from premiere without using AME?

I’ve experienced similar problems with Premiere as well. I found deleting the pref folder for premiere fixed the problem.
