we had the same problem. running 4 8200’s on unity. reseller had them set up using onboard ethernet, onboard 1394, fibre card in slot 5, 1394 card in slot 6. I know you aren’t supposed to use the onboard ethernet and 1394, finally came across the unity 4.2.2 readme, said 1394 goes in slot 5, fibre in slot 6. we swapped our card accordingly and are running the adrenaline off the 1394 card in slot 5. no errors since.
