Rick, According to the Blu-ray specifications, there is no option for 50P when authoring a 1920×1080 resolution BD project. The frame rates shown/available in your project are accurate to the resolution chosen. If your project was 1280×720, then 50P would be an option.

For 1920 or 1440 x 1080 these are the fps allowed.

Which option should I be using for disc creation ?
