    Yes. My computer is completely stock, no rubbish codec packs (or any third party codec packs) for that matter.

    No idea why they would implement that crap.

    I have fixed the problem. The codec it was using (compresseddll) is complete trash. Deleting that holder in my FILE I/O meant that it tried to use another codec to play (SONY AVV). Fixed the problem!

    I have no idea why they would even put that rubbish with their program knowing it’s going to be trash tier…

    Unfortunately dyanmic preview doesn’t fix this, and rendering a small or large portion still has the same effect.

    Rolling over slowly still shows the twitchy/skipping happening with the video =(

    The thing is the mp4 is 25fps, so it shouldn’t be skipping/twitching like it is?
