Set f-stop for depth f field you want
Adjust ISO until properly exposed.

If getting above the ISO you are comfortable (for me 800-1200) then adjust f-stop

If shooting outdoors, you may need to add filtration to lens to knock it down

I do not mean this with any disrespect. But learn to use the search feature. I am happy to point out an answer when you don’t know the question. You need to be in RGB mode for video. Do a search on Cow and you will easily find answer. Or open the help application in your image editor.

Check if its in CMYK mode. You can convert with a myriad of tools including Photoshop

There are some very good uses for them…

But they are really meant to be used to touch up existing models. I find the AE Integration good and useful for certain tasks like broadcast graphics

May I kindly suggest you pick up a Copy of From Still to Motion which explores the entire workflow in 350 pages and 6 hours of video. Plus subscribe to the Cow podcast.

I will say the same advice I have given others… “You are suffering from not knowing what you don’t know”

Not one frame at a time via psextended

We show several examples in book such as lab shadow gighligts. Curves. Etc where ps stronger. Work as smart objects. More flexibility for paint and a few key areas.

In ADobe Press Mograf techniques book we go head to head and map where to use each.

iPad lacks hands on files and actual layout. I’d suggest ordering from Amazon. The lesson comes with about 12 shots deconstructed.
