Welcome to pro video…. a small community. Not many people to spread development costs over.
The Cube is very affordable compared to competition…. good luck finding something for less.

    Phone typying

Most cameras will watermark or have info or record dot. Cam bypass camera rec and just do external.

Not to sound trite. But you can’t expect web video players to show color consistently. H264 also has gamma issues depending on app. Stay native as long as possible, then deal with during color grade.

Rolling shutter wouldn’t effect this (only whip pans)

60 fps handy. Some video cameras can do that do… but not many at 60p

Check your Color Management Settings. Also look at your tools and make ure you don’t have blending modes or opacity set… as well as things within brush engine.

I just love posts like this and the ones that link to YouTube clips and ask someone to post step by step tutorials for Hollywood VFX.

    1. go to school
    2. Serve as an apprentice
    3. read books
    4. Go to workshops
    5. Find mentors
    6. Storyboard
    7. Test Shots

    Etc etc.

Uggh. I dont feel so bad about getting older any more
