There is the simple choker and the matte choker but what will probably help first is in your Keylight go to view screen matte. then go down tgo screen matte and play with the clip black and white settings. these are the finer controls you have been looking for

make an audio spectrum…use the white boxes…use some random audio as a template..then stretch the layer…thats it

CC GLASS is basically the same as the displacement map except for it also has some shine and reflective settings on top..And the wave generator..kinda uses it
