OK this is how this clip is identified… is it obvious why Vegas will not work with it? If so what is needed?

My apologies .. I should have indicated I am working with Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 8.0b (Build 122). I do not know if the clips were shot with a camcorder, phone or what… I did find info on codecs.com on programs that would help me identify the codec it is using… but still wondering if I need to use the same codec for all clips or if the rendering when producing th dvd will make it all work…
